Jon was an absolute delight to work with. I had an emergency (or atleast I thought so). He sorted me out in less time than we thought it'd take and at less cost than we estimated.

I called Jon after having virus warnings for a week, ending with a screen freeze when attempting to do a MS Defender scan and virus remover. Jon responded to my call as soon as he was able to, and subsequently booked in a time to review the problem onsite. Not only did he remove the virus, he happily allowed me to look over his shoulder while he was working, all the while providing security and backup advice. After the weekend Jon contacted me by email, explaining that the frozen screen was a known bug in the latest Windows update- and to see how everything was going. It was great to have my computer problems fixed, and to know that is better secured for the future. Jon’s expertise, combined with a really friendly manner and his follow up service is fantastic and deserves a top rating.
