I highly recommend Jon for sorting out your home computer problems (which was my reason for calling him). He explained the options for speeding up & upgrading my laptop and what would be achieved with each, in a way that I understood (not like some IT people who think you don’t need to know the details or reasons). He collected the laptop promptly, kept me informed about what he planned to do and did an amazingly quick job – I now have a 2 ½ year old laptop functioning with the speed, capacity and efficiency of a high spec new one. His customer service is excellent, his pricing is fair and I am confident that if I have an glitches with my upgraded computer Jon will be there like a shot to fix them up.
