Problem: Computer running slowly
Solution: Inspect the PC, remove viruses manually then advise on security software. Remove current free anti-virus software and install a professional internet security package.

Problem: Computer wouldn't start up
Solution: Rebuild the machine and update it with full internet connectivity. When the machine was returned to site the Telstra broadband connection was not working. After liaising with Telstra and running tests we got the Telstra technician to come on site to resolve the issue.

Problem: Need wireless router set up, laptops connected, email problem sorted
Solution: Acquired necessary information and setup a security encrypted wireless network, changed some of the standard settings for email.

Problem: Brand New Laptop Needed Setting Up.
Solution: The Laptop was purchased with Windows 7 Home Edition. An upgrade to Windows 7 Professional and installation of MS Office 2007 was requested, along with access to Citrix. The initial setup, the upgrade, and the ability to connect to the office network were completed in approximately two hours.
