The call-out fee is $45.00( inc GST) for your first half hour of service. From this point a standard fee of $45.00 (inc GST) per half hour will be charged. (30% of our call outs are solved within one hour).

Where possible, you will receive same day service for our standard rate. During busy times, an additional charge may apply but this will be discussed with you prior to the callout.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm
 

Appointments can be arranged outside of normal operating hours where necessary.
