PC Assistance Ltd offers mobile PC support for small business and home office clients.

My name is Jon Pattison.

I started this company in 2007 with the intention of changing the way we approach PC support within small businesses and the community.

Computers have become an integral part of our daily lives, and no-one can afford to go even a short amount of time without the ability to check their emails, contact their friends, follow up on business activities, reconcile their accounts, access stored information, and even read the morning paper.

The problems that cause home, work and business pc's to run poorly and inefficiently are becoming more common and more persistent. Our computers have evolved from simple word processors and calculators into powerful, complex libraries of information that we rely upon heavily to keep things running smoothly while we go about our daily lives.

From an early age I have been using personal computers for fun, for school and then for business, and I have had to work my way through a wide variety of problems and challenges on ‘do it yourself’ basis.

Computers have been part of my life for 19 years, from my first PC to studying Infiormation Technology, my initial foray into running my own computer repair business, to IT contracting for a couple of large corporates, and finally to the concept that has become PC Assistance ltd.

My personal goal is to create a company that looks after the needs of everyday people with honest, reliable and professional PC support - whether they're starting out with computers and in need of a bit of help or running a business and needing some prompt technical assistance.
